staying clean

i have been able to stay clean for long periods of time but soon as i get injured last year knee surgery and this year herniated back. i think i can take the pain killers as perscribed but before i know it i am back in a full blowen relaspe. WTF. i think i use the injury as a reason to use. any help on what i can do to prepare for the next time. i do triathlon and mountain climb its only a matter of time before i get hurt again?

what recovery care are you getting for you addiction???? you need it for long term sobriety so if you dont get some I would suggest you find something that works for you .
