sub vs lortabs

Can anyone tell me how many Lortab 10's it would take to equal 18mgs Suboxone.  I Know we're not comparing apples to apples but can someone get close???

The two are not the same you cant compare the two at all, one is an opiate ,one is an opiate antagonist.

I used tabs to get off oxycotton and I beat the odds. Then I tapered off the tabs taking 3 10mg a day to 1 a day. Don't go cold turkey you will always go back. Also look into alzopram and colonodine.
