I know just what you're saying. You've got that feeling in the pit of your stomach of impending doom.I hated that feeling. The best thing to do is to try and keep your mind busy.Getting out of the house and going for walks helped me.Music was a huge help during w/ds.I would turn it up as loud as it would go.I bet my neighbors were just loving me.LOL I know it's rough but you have to keep reminding yourself it's not going to last forever and when you don't have the strength to do that then get on here and post and we will remind you.You are in to day 2 so just keep digging deep and fighting.Keep posting.

I have been addicted to oxycodone and hydrocodone on and off for about a year. I was at one point taking 10-15pills day 7.5/500. i weaned myself down over the last week and was down to 4 pills a day and then decided to cold turkey it -its been over 24hrs since last took one. i went to the doctor monday-i did not tell her i was an addict but did talk about the depression and restarted my lexapro a week ago. she also added cymbalta but i dont like how i feel on it but ive only taking it twice going to take it tonight as it does make me tired. im off work for 4 days for the sole purpose to detox. the bath did help a lot. i just hate this feeling. i feel like the world is gonna end or something

You need to calm down hon.Take some deep breaths, from your diaphragm.Take a deep breath in,relax, breathe out.I'm right here doing it with you.Again, deep breath in,relax, breathe out. This is just like the super flu and you can handle the super flu.It won't last forever, you have to let it run it's course.Go and run yourself a really hot bath, and find some music that you like and turn it up.You have to take this one small step at a time, and you can do that. You're not alone,we're all right here.If you need to keep talking, then lets keep talking. You can do this.

Hi and Welcome.

Need a lttle more info. How long and how much and what you were taking.
How long have you been off them?
I can tell you it will get better in about 5 to 7 days.
