anbody have any advice for me???
hello, im a little new at this, but for around 2 yrs I was taking methadone no more then 10 mgs per day. I started weening myself down (I cut the pill into 4 small pieces) & only took a small piece a day. my last dose was 16 days ago. but to help with the run down feeling I started taking vicodin at the most 3 a day (5/500) & only for 2 weeks. my last dose of the v's was 3 days ago (only took 2) & overall I feel pretty good. just a little tired/run down, some sneezing, some yawning, & some light stomach issues here & there. I was expecting to feel the full effects by now, or has it just not hit me yet? thanks for reading this. will somebody please tell me what you think? it would mean a lot. thanks again..

I am still here & doing very good! today is 85 days off methadone!! I want to yell that from the roof tops haha!! still going to my meetings. absolutely no cravings (crazy, right!?) & mentally clear & focused. I would be lying if I said I didn't have my moments when I just want to lay down, but I just keep myself busy & go about my day! until next time my friends...

What a wonderful, positive attitude! I love to hear that you are facing your stresses and challenges and beating them. Unfortunately life keeps on throwing us challenges. It sounds like you are a fighter. Keep up all of the hard work!
im still here & doing great! have had a lot of stress around but handled it just fine w/o pills, I wont let nothing or no one come between me & being clean! still no cravings at all! & still doing my meetings too!!

Well go look in Mine & Ricarts & Evolvers..she opens up a club that we put songs in..I know what you mean..I am more silly then I have been in years..If my Body could have the energy my Mind has..ha!! It is getting better..Push! Push!
yes i set up my tickers. funny thing is that i have started to get my silly side back, laughing at the dumbest things like i used to. i was always known for being the "funny one" it feels so good to laugh again. being on methadone took it all out of me i feel like. & i would love to join in on the fun!! xo

Alright Girl..I have lost count of your days..heck I have lost count of mine..I just know what month I am leaving behind..Ha! Did you set your ticker up yet on here?? I am very proud of you..I know you have it licked by now..You are so smart not to have done a whole bunch of those Methadones..Evil, Evil Drug. Keep it up..Now you are ready to have some silly times with us on here..You have to look at the recent activity some of us get real goofy on here..Ya!!!
and I still have no urge or any cravings, im sleeping just fine & have energy back! I try to get some sort of exercise in daily. Its kinda silly but at times I sit back & think about number of my clean days & I get excited! i am soo happy i chose to get the old me back! (or should i say "new") lol :)
