sweating??

anyone know if sweating will help u get whatever is in ur system out faster??

like sitting in a sauna or whatever...

i was plannin on going every night just to help me sleep better but was wondering if it'd help get it out of my system faster, cuz i figure faster its out system sooner u will be feeling better

i am sure it could not hurt....and like the above post say it will halp you relax and hopefully sleep.  also remember that exercise will do wonders for you.

Actually I was told by a Detox Center that sweating plays a huge part in detoxing.  In there plan they use saunas on a regular basis and that sweating was the way they found to speed up detoxing of the system.  I haven't personally tried it but they swore by it.

I think sweating will help.  You go through bouts of awful sweatiness anyway so your body is doing it for a reason..perhaps sitting in a sauna will help it along--and at the very least it will feel good to your skin and relax you. Take care

Actually, I don't know from experience, but I heard that sweating will help.  My DR said to drink lots of fluids to flush out the system, so I suppose sweating would help as well.  Wish I could be of some more help to you since you've helped my with my twitching leg thingy!  Take care!

You know I dont know if you can sweat it out faster but I would give it a try .It should help you relax and might help with sleep so even if thats all it does its worth it .
