Valpam, diazepam, mostly known as Valium is a long acting benzodiazepine that is in the system from one time use for 5-7 days. With chronic use, it builds in the system and is present for weeks. Benzos are responsible for many deaths a year, especially in the US. These are very addictive and can cause seizures if stopped to quickly. In my opinion, this class of drugs is on a scale with opiates, to be used with great caution and for good reason. What do you ask? Do you have anxiety? Is this drug suggested by your doctor? I would not party with that drug, if that's the case. I have seen many Emergency room visits due to benzodiazepines.

Valpam is what we call Valium, or diazepam here in the states.  It's a milder benzodiazepine that acts as a sedative.  It can have many uses.

I'm a bit confused as to how you take it?  Are you taking it regularly, and if so, how often, and what is your dose?  Do you take more than you're prescribed?

Valpam definitely can cause addiction and/or dependency, it's a med that requires caution when taking it.

Some more info would be very helpful!
