I've been taking vico's for 3 yrs and am now trying to stop but the leg cramps are killing me! Can anyone tell me how long they last and any tips on how to deal with them?? Much appreciated.

If you have a Soma that will give you some relief but only for a short time as the half life of Soma is 100 minutes. Please only take occasionally as you do not want to substitute one addiction for another.

I am only on day 9 and the restless legs has gone away for me. I have been pushing myself to take walks and workout which really does help. The hardest part is just getting out the door.
