Hey~ They are minerals. Zinc,magnesium and calcium are good to take during withdrawal and after. You can buy cal/mag  at a pharmacy. Zinc is in most multi vits as well as the cal and mag.   These minerals quiet that restleg leg feeling or at least help.

Just follow label directions~
