when will I have some energy back?

I flushed all my little vicos down the toilet yesterday in a rare moment of clarity and now I have been about 27 hours without and feel like dying!! I have been taking 4 vicos per day for about 5 years. Been through withdrawls a few times but never long enough to feel the positive effects of being off the pills! I am shaking, nauseated, abdominal cramps, want to crawl out of my skin... but when will I have energy???

I have told NO BODY in my life any of this, it has been my dark little secret so I need someone to talk to...

Thank you!

Hi--  You'll be low on energy for a few weeks. It just takes time. Right now it's only been a day so be patient.

Be sure to take in enough fluids!  It's really important and, also, get some exercise!! Get some Imodium for GI symptoms;it helps a lot!

Think about telling someone. "Our secrets keep us sick"...

Good luck!

Your only 27 hours in. Read some of these forums about stuff u can do to feel better. There is so much good info on here. Use it, it works. But you have a few tough days ahead of you. The worst of the physical stuff lasts about 4-5 days. But then u slowly start to feel better. I started really feeling better at 3 weeks or so. My wds were pretty bad but I was taking almost 3 times as much as you daily so maybe it won't be as bad or as long. From what I've read everyone can be a little different. Just stay positive and if u really want to do it make sure you have no temptations around. Read that Thomas recipe, get some immodium, hot baths, stay hydrated, vitamins potassium, magnesium, Gatorade. Those are just a few things that can help but troll these forums you'll learn a ton. Good luck and I'll check your posts through out. Busy tonight but I'll check back later. Good luck.
