How do I dilute Suboxone?

My doctor put me on a taper and instructed me to mix my suboxone pills in water. He is in another state since I moved and I cannot find his instructions. How do I dilute this properly. I have 8 mg pills and am wondering the water to pill ratio so that I can measure my specific doses.

I am sorry, but I am not an expert on diluting Suboxone. If I were doing it , I would probably do as simple 1mL to 1 mg dilution to keep it simle for yourself. There is probably more information on Google somewhere about this. I am sorry I can not be more helpfull. I would have thought though, that you would wait till you are down ti 1mg to stast diluting it down and tapering.
