Hot showers really help the creepies.. they did for me.. don't worry the first two days are the worst! If you can get to day 3 it'll start to get better pretty quick!
1 week into it you should feel much better.
I've gone through WD's many times.. more than I'd ever care to remember. Day 4 is usually when I start to feel markedly better.

If you are wanting to detox from vicodine, I don't believe there is any remedy that *stops* the withdrawal other than doing what will stop the process - taking the pills. If you've made it through 2 days hang in there!
I'd drink lots of water, force yourself to eat healthy food (even if you are not hungry) How long did you take the vicodine & at what dosage?
