I want to adopt but I moved to a foreign country, is this possible?

My grandpa was born in Amman, Jordan and I want to adopt a baby from there eventually, when I'm financially stable and all for a kid. I moved from the United States (born and raised smack in the middle lol) to South Korea. Is this possible? If so, how would it be done? Adopting an Arab baby in an Asian country as a foreigner?
