Can someone help me understand my cortisol stimulation test results?

My life is falling apart. I sometimes only have a few hours of the day that I am functional. Fatigue, anxiety, insomnia, then oversleeping, muscle weakness, dizziness and fainting, and the list goes on. My endo says that my test results look fine. To me, and from what I've read, I have hypopituitarism causing adrenal insufficiency.

Here are my 8 am cort stim values
ATCH: 14.9 pg/ml
Cortisol: 8.0 ug/dl
30 minutes later, cortisol: 16.8
60 minutes later, 18.5

I was diagnosed with Hashimotos about 4 months ago. Nothing has changed regarding my health. In fact it has worsed. I have made two trips to the ER. And I am mostly non-functional.

I don't know how he found that one okay... You did not double and barely changed but I am just a patient. Agree with above, find another opinion.

ACTH and cortisol are definitely low. Get another endo and make sure they listen to your concerns! You know your body best and they need to get to the bottom of this, as doctors, and treat your concerns with care. Greatest of luck, I'll be rooting for you
