Does low cortisol blood test (.5) mean Addison's

My blood test for cortisol was .5.  Dr said lowest she has ever seen.  Does this automatically mean some underlying disease?  She is testing for Addison's I think.  Have ultra sound on adrenal glands tomorrow.  Thoughts are appreciated.
