Why not cortisol? Is it going to happen?

You can take D3 to start feeling better in some ways but odd they did not do full testing.

Let us know what imaging says.

Thank you for replying  ! I have been to a endo and all blood test minus cortisol  was done at least I think she said she was testing all my hormones besides that because that is a 8am and 4pm blood test and 24 urine.  Everything was normal minus vitamin d  is was low I have no other symptoms just they pain it seems to be switching sides and I do work at a desk all day .

What blood tests have they done? Scanning is about 25% of the job and sadly imaging is ... From my experience only sort of accurate (other people have my same experience too).

I would get to an endocrinologist a sap and get some testing immediately. You need to find out if the puppy is a hormone producing lesion, cancer, or something else. But imaging is simply not enough.

Keep any and all jugs of urine cold cold cold no matter what they say. Heat degrades the samples and the preservative does not do an adequate job. It can degrade the sample and cause a change in the results.

You should get copies of all tests. 8am fasting is best for all tests. Be consistent.

I have no idea if that is cancer. You don't list any symptoms but pain and that may be just worry or a muscle strain.  Keep us posted.
