Skin getting tight on leg.
A few days a go I noticed some lines in my leg wear the skin is tight, and it’s over a skin graft. Here’s an image of it

It’s not painful and I can still move normally but it’s odd to see it develop out of the blue.
Is this something I should get checked or just ignore?
