Alcohol withdrawal

Hi, first time posting so please bare with me. I'm 33 and have had a problem with alcohol for approx 10 years. The main cause is anxiety which I have tried and tried different meds and counciling, all to no avail. I'm not alcohol dependant but when my anxiety gets too bad I end up drinking over a binge of 3 - 4 days. I am about 48 hours after one of these binges. It started Tuesday evening and ended fri around lunchtime I was just so ill I couldn't drink anymore. I think I'd drank 65 units in that time - all vodka. My work think I'm off due to a sickness bug and I really need to get back tomorrow. I still feel so ill and it's mealy 2 full days since I stopped drinking. Any help and advice would be so great. Thanks for reading.

Yes every time this happens I always think it's the last time. It's the 1st one since January and I genuinly thought I was over coming turning to alcohol. But something goes off in my head and I end up doing
It again. I have tried many meds to conqour anxiety. Also tried counceling cbt ect. But nothing has worked.

I'm getting very paranoid about tomorrow. I won't be over the limet over 60 hours after my last drink will I?
