When do the withdrawal symptoms start

I've been drinking heavily for at least the last 4 years. Binging on weekends upwarsds of 12 24 oz. steeles. Drinking during the week-at least 2-4 24oz. Steeles and Keystone; trying to make sure i drink only enough that i can be legally sober and a low bac. But of course that didn't help with the smell. But anyway, today is day 5 I haven't really had any intense cravings just that taste in my mouth when i wantd alcohol. At the moment i have been counter-balancing it with carbonated beverages, adn eating more. But, i don't want to go down that road either. I went to be healthy healthy. Not a house, or a person with liver disease. It was much easier the first few days and i feel safe. I've gotten the best sleep this week in years.

I differ Big Time (!!) Your opinion of izibans' posts.

Rather than "negative" and "condescending", She is Very Knowledgeable, Kind and Understanding!!  I suspect it's more Her 'straight to the point' that You object to.  Personally I think being straight forward is a much more honest approach.  The problem with addiction and addicts is that it's not a good thing to 'sugar coat', to not be 'firm', straight, and honest, as the addicts denial is quite powerful.  Less than that is too often 'enabling'.

This I know is true

Regards,
Tink

I commented to you in another post so I won't repeat myself here....you run the risk of ADVERSE consequences if you continue to try to do this on your own...which apparently isn't working!
