Veggie Oil- what is it made of ?

when the label says veg oil what is that made of really?

I know there is less and less to eat. Publix brand wheat bagels (at least in florida) are safe, some kinds of ezekiel bread are safe, natural peanut butter...yea its pretty crappy

You are allergic to soy too?!?! me too I can barely find anything to eat and more and more breads and snacks use soy now that the new gmo strain came out. Do you have any advice???

Its not just soy it could be Canola, soy, corn, ect... If in doubt I would email the companies that make the oils and ask them.

I have gotten good feedback from companies when I just ask them about certain products.

Vegetable Oil is Soy.  I'm allergic to Soy - it's in just about everything!
