Reoccurring Hives

For the six months to one year I have been getting hives all over, mostly on my torso and arms. Occasionally they will appear on my legs too, but every time they will be on my back.

I've been trying to think what exactly it is that I'm allergic to yet exposed to every day. I changed detergents twice, changed my shampoo and body soap to non-fragranced, and completely bleached every surface in my bathroom (including shower) in case I had a mold problem. Nothing seems to be working. I am still getting hives without an apparent cause and it is starting to interfere with my everyday life, because I am now nervous of doing much of anything outside the norm in fear of triggering a reaction.

I'm not sexually active in the terms that I have had sex, but I have done foreplay.

I also finished a course of Accutane to deal with very stubborn acne about a year or so ago.

Thanks.
