Dermatological/Allergy problem that cannot be diagnosed

I am writing to you regarding a dermatological problem that my mother has been facing since 5th of March.
She has visited a number of doctors during these months such as allergiologist, immunologist, general surgeon and pathologist as well as had immunological and blood tests.
All the tests showed that everything is fine and no problems arised.
However during these months her problem has not stopped. The first inflammation appeared just over her knee on the inner side of her leg. Then after a few days a second inflammation appeared a bit higher. At that time she started taking Zyrtec medicine cause she thought its an allergy. Together with this she also took Mesulid medicine in order to calm down the inflammation.

She continued medication for a few days and the inflammations stopped. However afterwards and specifically after a visit in the countryside where she gathered nettles (a wild plant). However the nettles did not come in contact with her body.

As soon as she was back home the inflammations started again and now appeared on the higher outer side of the same thigh.
Each day a new inflammation would appear while the previous one would calm down and turn into something like a bruise.
She went to another allergiologist and they told her that it must be "urticaria" and that she should start Xhozal medication. From the next day she stopped taking Zyrtec and started taking Xhozal. She took Xhozal for a total of 15 days. The inflammation showed that they were starting to calm down although they continued appearing (one every single day).
A total of 4 inflammations appeared on the higher outer thigh side. And then another 3 appeared on the higher inner thigh.
Now a new one has appeared on the front side of the thigh.

When one touches the inflammations, it feels like a small mass. The inflammations are also warm (like fever) and red. The next day after each one appears it becomes like a bruise.
My mum has also started using Fenistil cream in order to calm them down cause they are very itchy too.

We are now desperate cause no doctor can give us an answer of what these inflammations are. The medical tests she had a month ago looked good so we cannot make out what the problem is. The inflammations are migratory as they go all around her thigh. They might calm down in one day leaving something like a bruise but each day an new one appears. She has no other symptoms. No fever, no headaches nothing pathological.

On the basis of the above, I would like to ask you if you have ever seen anything like this before and if you have any idea what this problem might be. I also have pics to provide if needed.
Please please any help or suggestions that you might give would be much appreciated!

Will be looking forward to your reply. Many thanks.

I HAVE A SIMILAR COMPLAINT WHEN MY THIGHS INNER ARE HOT AND SMELLY. I SUGGEST BATHING IN A SMALL AMOUNT OF WARM WATER WITH HALF A CUP OF SALT. THIS SHOULD REDUCE THE INFLAMATION AND REDUCE THE SYMPTOM DO IT FOR 2 DAYS ONCE A DAY. AND THEN TWICW A WEEK MONDAY AND THURSDAY. SIT IN THE BATH FOR ATLEAST 10MIN

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and hope you are doing well.

Her rash could be due to Pemphigus vulgaris, which is an autoimmune disorder which causes blisters on the skin and mucous membranes. A clinical examination for Nikolsky sign, skin biopsy and blood tests can help diagnose this condition. Please discuss this with your doctor am sure he will provide further assistance.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
