Dizzy, Headaches, Light and Sound Sensitivity

Since I was about 8 months pregnant I started suffering from severe dizziness. During my pregnancy it was so bad, all I could do all day was lay in a dark bedroom and even that wouldn't get rid of the dizziness. I always felt as if I was going to pass out, I could barely walk without feeling as if I would faint or fall over. I started to have panic attacks because it would scare me so much. The doctors told me it would probably go away once I had the baby, which did not happen. The only strange thing that occured was my white blood count was incredibly high but the hemotologist said everything else looked okay so not to worry. My baby is now 9 weeks old and I am still suffering. I now get headaches and neck pain, intense sinus pressure, a full heavy feeling in my head and ears, light an sound sensitivity, very dizzy and lightheaded, and very panicky. I cannot drive or go to stores as I have little panick attacks because I am so dizzy and fearful. I can't even take care of my baby without someone helping me. Some days or better than others but the good days are few and far between. Since having the baby I was put on antibiotics for 2 weeks, which put my WBC down to normal, but that didn't seem to help. MRI came out normal as did my CBC. I am on muscle relaxers which don't seem to help much. I am also on IBS meds and take Claritin every day for allergies. Does any one have a clue as to what could be going on?

I'm throwing out ideas here :  Check hormones, See a best  ENT  you can find you may have  a sinus infection and you can have one  without being congested, get your ears checked and I would just treat them naturally using a gentle ear oil for a couple weeks sometimes one doc will say it isn't an infection and the next one will say you have an infection! This happened to me. Who to believe?  I say you know your body and you know listen to your intuition  MD rarely suggest this but they totally should,  go to  your dentist to seriously  look for  hidden  dental  infections ask him to do a validity test on questionable teeth,  a  root canal  can cause serious issues,Consider a maxifacial oral pathologist they are good at connecting the dots,  thyroid checked, endocrinologist.  pre-diabetic you can have symptoms without being in the so called range if you took antibiotics and your WBC returned to normal well it doesn't take a rocket scientist to say you have a hidden infection, I would invest
Check for  anemia, check  b-12 levels .

Allergies are serious they can make you dizzy brain fog nausea weight one guy could not recognize his children he had been told he had four years to live the  5 neurologist he saw tested him for gluten ataxia BINGO it was gluten .The flour the pilgrims ate is not what we are eating today stay away from all flour gluten prodfucts while your at stop soy even if your not allergic this stuff is dangerous if you ask me and my doctor always says stay away from soy it is not processed right here in the states. Stop all supplements, stop caffeine change all the products you use such as shampoo conditioner tooth paste soap etc stop all gluten and dairy soy sugar get allergy tested. Get a lyme check through IGenex labs and consider a natural parasite cleanse Lastly do you have mold, carbon monoxide leak get it checked Be well

Hi, welcome to the forum, there are many possibilities of dizziness like dehydration, anemia, low blood pressure, sweating, hypoglycemia, motion sickness, tiredness and fatigue etc. Some time there may be a history of vertigo or some neurological problem.

Other symptoms are suggestive of migraine. As such there are no specific causes of migraine, but some foods, stress, incomplete sleep, noisy environment may cause it. Avoid the triggering factor. Treatment with NSAIDs or triptans can be beneficial.  The presence of additional neurologic signs strongly suggests the presence of a central vestibular lesion.

Drinking lot of water and fruit juice, relaxation, fresh air will help you. I suggest you to consult neuro physician and get evaluated. Take care and regards.
