Every time I do exercise or get hot I get very itchy

I have no idea what causes this, my routine did not change, what I eat neither, it just started with seemly with no reason. Now if i don't take anti-histamines 2 days before doing any sort of exercise section or going to a room that is hot the itching gets just too strong and I have to stop and breathe. I have noticed small red dots, if I keep doing what I was doing but definitely not severe

So, some people will break out in a heat rash when they exercise.  The medical term is milaria. What do you wear when you work out?  Make sure it isn't the clothing causing it.  If it is not that, it is likely a biological response to working out.  Here is some information on milaria https://emedicine.medscape.com/article/1070840-overview

The antihistamine may be your only route to combat it unfortunately. But this is more common that what you would think.  sorry you get this though
