High IgE level (1338 IU/mL) and allergic symptoms. What medicines should I take ?

I am 26 yrs. old. From past 2 years, I had recurrent (every 3-4 months) symptoms of running & stiff nose, itching eyes and minor throat infection. Also, I have few red marks on my hand. On consultation with a dermatologist, he told me its due to dust allergy. But I have never faced such a thing in all my childhood, even though I lived in a very dusty environment.

Right now I am working in oil industry. So, perhaps it could be due to exposure to crude oil. I also got my IgE checked and it came out 1338 IU/mL. What should I do now ? I am currently taking allegra medicine.
