I have itchy red, burning, irritated skin on my face, what is happening?

I'm posting for mom,
Mom’s medical issues
71 year old, female, type 2 diabetes but otherwise better than avg BMI
-Not using any soap
-Moisturizer: Coconut oil and purified butter
-Metro cream



Symptoms:
Extremely Itchy, burning, rash like, 9/10 pain/irritation level  


Metformin,
Use Imovane/sleeping pill occasionally, when symptoms are 7/10 or worse
Crestor 5 mg.,
vita.C2000 mg.
calcium 1000 mg.,
meganesium 600 mg.,
omega3&Q10(stopped for last 3 weeks)
started B6 50 mg.,
kyolic garlic,
nettle 870mg.
thinking I might be allergic to its yellow dye. Vita. D 2000 or 2 drops.
