Pollen Allergy Advice

I have been suffering from Pollen Allergy from almost 6 years. This started when I started to live in Islamabad. Here pollen allergy counts in spring are at very high from Paper Mulberry. Due to this I have a running nose and asthametic symptoms featuring suffocation and watered eyes. All this is reduced when i stay indoor.
I m using antiallergic medicine alongwith inhaller with the name 'Clenil Compositum Spray' composed of Beclomethsone Dipropionate & Salbutamol-metered aerosol but symptoms are still there even becoming worse day by day.

What should I do? Is there any permenant cure to pollen allergey? Can I find that cure in Pakistan?
Where and How?
Please reply regarding these questions as well.

Thanks for all the co-operation and anticipation.
Regards

Well dear, i cann't say that people don't get better after medication.

My friend got better after getting vaccination from NIH.
I vaccinated three times but still suffering.

In medicines, the solution is temporary - after 2 hours the effect of tablet dissolves and you start sneezing.

You may try Kulwangi (seeds of onion):
1. take it by baking slightly with salt
Or
2. take it with warm glass of water when you wake up (empty stomach)

and use ketchup of mint (pudina) within meals.

takecare - enjoy spring as i am also

Thanx for your guidance. I actually want to know if vaccination from NIH provides permanent cure to pollen allergy? I am confused because some people say that vaccination from NIH do not completely eradicate allergy but it appears some way or the other in different form such as skin or any other form of allergy.

Hi,

What are the ysmptoms that you are having? Are you allergic to any other subsatnces?

Have you taken oral antihistamine or oral antiallergic medications for your complaints? Have they helped?

You need to consult an allergy specialist for your complaints. You would need to get a chest xray and CT scan of your sinuses done too, and an allergy testing if required.

Till you get an apointment, it would help to try saline nasal sprays, steam inhalation, OTC antihistamine medications for your complaints and see if it helps with your symptoms.

Let us know if you have any more doubts.

Keep us posted on how you are doing.

Hope this helps.

Regards.

There are medicines / methods to deal pollen allergy - some people get better with:

1. vaccination from National Institute of Health (NIH), Islamabad.
2. some through medicines of Hakeem - like continuously using Khamira's they have for 1-2 years.

I can tell about a Hakeem who's medicine will slow down affect of pollen in spring but cannot vanish your allergy.
