Seasonal allergies and DP/DR symptoms?

Hi! I am a 20 year old female from Ohio and since May 11th I have been feeling derealization/depersonalization symptoms. When this started, I had just returned home from college for the summer and then a week later the symptoms appeared. I have always had really bad seasonal allergies and spring was often a terrible time for me but this is the first year I have had these type of symptoms. My other symptoms include: sinus pressure in my nose and head, very dry sinuses, and a popping in my ears after using the neti pot and trying to blow my nose. The seasonal allergies in Ohio have been extremely bad this year and though I have seen other websites saying that seasonal allergies can definitely cause brain fog, the feeling like everything is a dream and not real is really scaring me. I have been taking Zyrtec every day and that definitely seems to help it somewhat because one day when I forgot to take it the DP/DR felt a million times worse, though even when I take it, the overall feeling is there still. I also have anxiety but it has ALWAYS been manageable for me. I am seeing a doctor sometime in July, but waking up every day with brain fog and DP/DR is really depressing me and I really would like to know if it is possible that seasonal allergies can cause these symptoms at all.

Thanks!!
