What is the reason for this disease?

I am from a small village in India. It is about my mother. She was taking medicines for nerve for a long time. Just before corona, she was having some itchy feeling in her throat. Due to corona, we were unable to visit doctors. Now we tried many here and their doctors. One allergy test has been done and found allergy positive and the doctor told her not to eat most of the types of food. But right now the itchy feeling is gone and for a few months, it has been converted to chest pain and throat pain. She is having pain all the time. The type of pain is like some pin is piercing. It happens in the chest, back and also feels like her tongue is also paining. What should I do? Due to the pandemic, I can't even go to many places.

1.Betahistine Hydrochloride tablets
2. Tramadol and acetaminophen tablets
3.Methylxobalamin alpha lipoic, thiamine, pyridoxin & folic acid capsules.

If she is having chest pain, she needs to see her doctor. It may not be an allergy, but something else entirely.

It might be something not that serious, like acid reflux, or it could indicate something much more serious, so she needs to see her doctor promptly.

Thank you so much for your reply. Yes, she will be visiting a nerve specialist on Saturday. But acid reflux should not continue for 7-8 months, isn't it?
