Hello and hope you are doing well.

ALLEGRA (fexofenadine hydrochloride) should not be taken with antacids or fruit juices as it leads to decreased absorption. It can also interact with erythromycin and ketoconazole. This interactions could alter its absorption status.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Go to the drug interaction checker of Drugs *******, click agree
and type  fexofenadine in the space provided. As it instantly drops below that space enter the next drug to verify safety,
You can put as many as you want,
however, I have discussed this with friends who are pharmacists, that the more drugs a person goes on, the less chances of knowing the interactions.

There are over 200000 drugs out there, so your question cannot be answered directly, but my guess is probably yes!

Have a nice day.
Niko

PS There are other websites to check this.
Just do a search for "drug interaction checker"
