Hello,
I hope you meant to say phenylepherine which is a decongestant and fluticasone which is a steroid.Yes you can take them at the same time(if using for nasal congestion) but you should not use decongestants for more than 5-7 days at a time. This is because they can only provide short-term relief for catarrh, and using them for any longer can make your symptoms worse.Corticosteroids work by helping to reduce inflammation and congestion.
So they should be used along with decongestants.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.

one is a decongestant that works systemically and the other is a corticosteroid.  So yes you can take them at the same time.

The fluticasone takes a couple of days to work so use the decgonestants for a day or two and then see if the spray is helping at all.

Don't use the decongestants for more than 5-7 days in a row otherwise they may increase the congestion
