Hi,

Allergies are a common phenomenon and  Sea food and poultry allergy is also common due to the body's inherent tendency to remove foreign proteins.

In case you have a known case of allergy, i would recommend that you do not consume that product at all. i say this because sometimes the allergies can become very dangerous and lead to life threatening conditions such as Angioedema.

In case you need to take meds, then you may take OTC anti-allergic medication in such cases.

Hope this answered your question. let me know if you may need more information.

best regards
