26 thinning hair

26, 6'2 275. Healthy, no drugs or alcohol. not taking any meds.

Hair thinning/balding doesn't start in my family until 40 years old.
Ever since I started
antidepressants at age 17 I noticed something different about me. A few years later it really starts showing my hair started thinning and having  spots that arent growing hair anymore. Then at 25 I finally got off antidepressants. I started taking 1mg of Finastirde. For almost a year my hair started looking thicker and grew over missing spots. Then like 1 month ago I started feeling weird at work and I went to see my doctor and was told that pills were causing me to have low blood pressure. So i'm now a month off them and not feeling weird anymore. But I notice already hair in the shower. I know now in next few months it will start looking bad. I was wondering if there is anythiny else I can try? I feel like pills never work out for me.

I Can't wait to hear back.
Thank you.
