Has anyone experienced hair loss after starting allergen immunology?

Hello, I am in my 40's and have recently noticed (past 2 years) short hairs all over that don't seem to grow, no luster, feels really dry and no life to it, and more recently a LOT of shedding. Dermatologist noticed short hairs and suggested CBC to check on thyroid or other possible immunological issues. All came back normal except iron levels were really high, and T3 was a little low. I also had hormones check...all came back in normal range. I started having allergy shots about 2 years ago and have a feeling this may be the cause but I know for sure. Has anyone had any hair changes/loss due to allergen immunology? I have started taking a thyroid supplement and lots of other hair supporting supplements, including bone broth. Would apprceiate any help, or advise. Thanks!
