Is chelation therapy good for men over 65?

My husband had IV chelation therapy when he was 72. He first had it when he was in his late 50's after two mini heart attacks that did not result in scarring. After the chelation his blood pressure dropped to normal levels. After about 10 years his blood pressure began to rise. He should have had chelation again at that time. He did not and suffered a minor heart attack. The he had chelation for the second time. Age was not a factor.
