Thermoregulation

I have been having severe sweating issues for along long time now and since I have a fear of going to the doctor Im kinda left to take care of my own health.  Which is why I ask questions.  What can I do/buy to manually regulate my body temperature?  I have remembered to take my temp the last two times I over-heated and once it was 101.9  and the other was 101.3.
All day I sit inside air conditioned house and do basically nothing until the sun goes down and it cools off and then I clean house and do other normal activities.  Why do I overheat doing normal activities?  Why do I chill so easily as well if Im inactive?  Theres too fine of a line I call my comfort zone and it used to be summer was my happy season and all the rest were depressing (I live in Wa state) but now Im depressed because I CANT perform normal activities during the only time I want or feel the desire to do things.  I need help here please.  I researched my *** off trying to figure it out myself to no avail.  Im spiraling downward out of control so I need to figure something out real quick.

Hi, You have fever. Increased temp like this means you have some infection of some sort and you need blood works, urine test, regular work up as to whats causing it. I second evewisewoman, you need to see you MD.

Hi neecy1970,

Just finished reading your comments. You said you're spiraling downward
out of control. I think maybe it's time to make a doctor's appointment and
see what's going on. Good luck. Eve
