Energy Reading Device. I need clarity in this subject.

I went today to a doctors appointment, he placed a headband on me hooked to a device. The device was then hooked to a computer, he said the device reads my energy and my vibrations. He said he detected many things. Like an allergy I did not know I had to bread. He also said I had blood in my urine. Also, he said that I consumed too much sugar, which I found strange since I drink mostly water and eat very healthy to my knowledge. After he was done with the test, he placed some pills, with no information on the bottle, on top of the device. He claimed that the device gave frequency from the reading in his computer into the pills, and that the pills will now help me with the problems I had. I know about the placebo effect. I also have read studies that even if you know that the pills you are taking are placebo, they will still help. My question is: "Is the machine he used real science, and we're the pills nothing but placebo sugar pills?"

Just to follow on from my previous post, this person I go to does not charge hundreds of dollars, he charges $70 for the first visit & thereafter it becomes $40 a visit & then whatever it costs for the herbal medicine which has a name
& the usual information about the medicine. I might only see him once or twice a year so it's not like he is constantly getting me to come back, I only go when I need to. He's all about getting your immune system functioning again
so it working at its optimal level so your body can heal itself.
I live in Australia & there are phoneys out there. My guy, you ask a question on how CEDS works & he will answer all your questions, he will educate you!
If they are charging a lot of money & using medicine that has no name etc I would also be wary!  Hope you find someone like I did, who's only motive is to help others & not to line his pockets with loads of cash!

Hi, I have been going to someone for 5 years who does pretty much the same thing, it's called CEDS. You can look up on the internet if you want to know what it stands for.
It a very good diagnostic tool, for finding out if you have infection, virus, parasites etc & can pinpoint with a lot of accuracy exactly where these infections etc are in your body. I can always tell if my body doesn't feel right & after a visit to this person & they pinpoint the area in my body & what it is that needs addressing, he puts the frequency of the bacteria, virus etc etc into the herbal medicine & I don't know how it works but it does! I have recommended this to family & friends & believe me, they are so happy they checked out this method! My daughter in law used to suffer from seizures, she was ill for two or three years, going from one doctor after another with no one being able to get to the root cause of her seizures & other strange symptoms!  I sent her to  have the CEDS thing done & I can say hand on heart that this person saved my daughter in laws life! It took over a year of eliminating various viruses, infections, parasites, food allergies, toxins, heavy metals in her body, particularly alluminium! Today, 3 years later she is healthy & leading a normal life again although she has to be careful what she eats etc otherwise some of her symptoms come back. She has not experienced any more seizures which had been so debilitating that she could barely walk or function!
So keep an open mind because one day this type of health treatment could become mainstream!  When you go to a doctor, they have to do a barrage of procedures & blood tests to try & find out what is wrong with you & often they just treat the symptoms not the root cause & often the drugs they give you can cause even more health problems!!   Its your choice!

He was a general doctor. He didn't explain how the pills could pick up frequency from the machine. That is what tipped me off he might be a phony, he has been working for 30 years. And he places that device on people's heads and charges 200 dollars an hour. My grandmother and aunts have been going with him for 30 years. I told them I did not trust the doctor, he could not respond my questions on how the device works (I'm and electric engineer) and the pills that he gives you are stacked in label less bottles on the shelf. Just waiting for the next patient.

I suggest trash the pills!! As Paxiled said what kind of doctor?
Electroencephalography is for checking your brain wave and it's not with a band around your head. It's done with little electrodes attached to your head.
It doesn't detect blood in my urine or any of the other things you mentioned!

What kind of doctor?  Naturopath?  Chiropractor?  Gotta say, sounds like mumbo jumbo to me.  I also wouldn't take any pills that didn't have the ingredients and manufacturer listed, but how can he explain pills in a bottle absorbing electronic readings from a computer?
