Extreme Carbohydrate Allergy

Extreme Carbohydrate Intolerance

Looking for help to diagnose on an Extreme Carbohydrate Intolerance case that has gone on for 13 years. Through trial and error I determined that I can only eat protein and green vegetables. When eat any other foods I get an extreme allergic eye reaction of redness, pus discharge at night, crusting, itchiness, inflammation, sensitivity to light. This reaction happens even when I eat something as simple as a carrot. My symptoms also include depression, sleeplessness, and being exhausted, even while I stick to a strict diet of eating no carbs. Symptoms of sever diarrhea have been resolved by taking digestive enzymes.

Recently I have had relief from my eye allergies for about 9 months by taking large does of digestive enzymes, but the effects have since worn off.

History:
I have been tested for parasites many time and results were always negative. Tested for celiac disease, negative. While I was being treated for tropical spruce, the antibiotics resolved all my issues, however symptoms returned when I was off the antibiotics. Been treated for Candida.

Have been to too many types of doctors to even list. It’s been my life’s mission for the past 13 years to try and get to eat normal again.

Looking for someone who can point me in the direction of a diagnosis or any help that can be offered. Appreciate any info given.

These pranayam will help to make your body systems healthy. You will notice the benefit in days, when you can do 15 minutes of pranayam.Let me know, how you feel after 9 days. I will monitor your progress.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Kapalbhati pranayam -(Do it before eating) Push air forcefully out through the nose about once per second. Stomach will itself go in(contract in). The breathing in(through the nose) will happen automatically. Establish a rhythm and do for 20 to 30 minutes twice a day. Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
Not for pregnant women. Seriously ill people do it gently.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

Bhramri Pranayam -Close eyes. Close ears with thumb, index finger on forehead, and rest three fingers on base of nose touching eyes. Breathe in through nose. And now breathe out through nose while humming like a bee.
Duration : 5 to 21  times.

First off, I am so sorry to read of all of your digestive/allergen problems. I wanted to mention to you that you may indeed be lacking the appropriate enzimes in your gut which allow you to break down carbs. There is also a possibility that you are having allergic reations not only to the carrots and starchy carbs but to what is litterally ON them. Do you buy organic produce? If not I would strongly reccommend that you search on line for information about GMOs and the harmful pesticides used in mass agro production. For instance: more and more people are corn intollerant: it is due to the fact that GMO corn has now been formulated to have an insecticide within the plant! Check out the movie: "Food Inc."

I would srongly reccomend that you look into alternative medicine: Chinese medicine and accupuncture and/or a really good homepathic practitioner who uses kineseology muscle testing to find all of your specific weaknesses. I wish you all the best on your quest for healing your allergies! I reccommend all of these therapies to you from personal experience as someone who has trouble digesting protines and dairy products (enzimes with hidrochloric acid work for me when I am having trouble). :)
