Sleep disorders

I have suffer from depression inmsonia anxiety and I have tree herniated disk onmy cervical and 3 on my lumber I don't want to take any medication and iam in lots of pain and don't sleep .What should I do.?

Take a warm bath before bedtime.
Get at least 45 minutes of aerobic activity every day.

You have complex problems, so you should see someone with expertise to guide you.  I'd suggest a naturopath or homeopath, acupuncture, therapy, and meditation to start with.  Good luck.
