ALS or just a reflection of my poor health?

Around spring this year I began getting twitches on my eye and lip. I figured it was because it was finals week and I was stressed. However, a few weeks later I started getting twitches on my calves then thighs. The twitches didn't stop in the summer and started occurring more often. I began getting them everywhere arms, back, abdomen, hands, feet, head, etc. I'm worried it might be ALS. I've expressed my concern to friends and family and they all think I'm overreacting. I'm 20 years old and I've struggled with anxiety and an eating disorder. I'm wondering if all those years of anxiousness/stress and malnutrition are the cause of this. I currently don't have health insurance so I'm wondering if a mobile clinic or student clinic may be able to help? Thank you for taking the time to read this. I wish you all good health.
