Could it be Al's I'm wondering my husband has quite a few symptons.

My husband has been ill for about six months now.it started with tingling and burning in the feet and hands. Neck pain and back pain then he noticed his muscles were getting weaker. His grip was loose and it was hard to even hold his phone up. He had difficulty walking or standing for several minutes. The walking improved but he can no longer turn his neck all the way to the left or right or up and down. He has difficulty breathing as if his throat might close up even though his vitals are normal. He has had MRI's an EMG blood test ck test NCS and other normal test all came back clean. If it is thoracic onset Al's would it show up on the EMG even if they only tested T1 and ct through c8
