Emg accuracy and coverage

Hi - after 2 years of muscle twitching and stiffness, I had an EMG last month. The EMG was described as “normal” though showed the fasciculations at 3 of the 9 points tested., no other issues.
I noticed that all points tested  were on the right hand side of my body, except the one that was done in the tongue.
Should I be concerned that it was only performed on one side of the body, ie could there in fact only be fibrillations. PSW’s and problems with recruitment only in one side (ie the non-tested side)? Thank you.
