Multiple symptom

Hello. I’m hoping by sharing my story I can get help and figure out what is wrong with me. It has been a year and I have been really sick without a diagnosis. It first started by nausia, dizziness and leg tremor and not being able to sleep. I would wake up from my sleep every two minutes thinking that I’m dieing. I couldn’t breath, I was dizzy, and so on. Now legs are painful and stuffy. My hands feel really odd. It feels like an odd sensation and it even hurts to type and use. My shoulder are painful and also stiff I feel like I can’t lift my hands. My face feels itchy, my jaw shakes, I get all kinds of weird pains all over my body and tingles. I also get weird sensations under my skin. I’m in the worst situation and it gets in the way of my life. I think I have a fatal disease and I’m dieing slowly. I can’t help but think that I have als. I have seen a neurologist but he totally dismissed me. He said if it was neurological I would have one sided weakness. I’ve also ruled out autoimmune diseases. I had a brain mri without contrast which came out normal.i also have speech problems and breathing. Thank u in advance and sorry for typos
