Several fluid density lesions are noted about the left kidney, indicative of simple cysts. However, there is a complex lesion located within the medial aspect of the interpolar region on image 45 of series 2 measuring 1.6 x 1.3 cm in size. The periphery of this lesion likely demonstrates some degree of enhancement, best visualized on image 45 series 2.
Is this a SOLID TUMOR lighting up on CT with contrast? what exactly does this periphery lighting up on the CTA mean?
I have had rhabdomyolysis several times, hematuria for years, and swollen kidneys when I almost died in 2020.
I am already dying of congestive heart failure, multiple strokes, Parkinson's, brain traumas, scarred lungs, liver failure twice
