What is happening to my chest?

So, August 11th I came down with a cold. About 2weeks later I went to the doctor because I randomly got chest pains (thinking it was a respiratory infection) the LPN said it was Bronchitis. However I haven’t had a single symptom of bronchitis besides chest pain. For over a week I’ve felt like someone has been sitting on my chest. My heart literally aches, no other way to describe it. Like my heart is having hiccups or something is stuck. I have no clue what it is I’m scared but can’t afford the doctor. Could this be bronchitis!? I didn’t take anything they gave me for it because my insurance didn’t cover it.
