Hello, I am sorry to hear this and glad to help. As long as your dog is eating, drinking and otherwise acting healthy, this does not sound like a major cause for alarm.
Dehydration may be the problem!! It has been extremely hot in California this week and canine fluid loss occurs quickly. If you pinch the loose skin and hold it together for 5 seconds, then release it, it should immediately or within 1-3 seconds return to normal. If it doesn't this is a sign of dehydration easily remedied with fluids given by mouth or under the skin at your vets.
It is always wise to check with your vet in any case where you have questions about your dogs health.
Best Wishes

Sorry, I didn't realize I was on the Ask a Vet site.
Has she been eating and drinking regularly? Does she act normal, otherwise?
