Pac-man frog health issue

I bought my pac-man frog about 2 months ago, and recently as two days ago I noticed her feet are red and her belly is pink, her feet and maybe her belly are bleeding and she has no appetite or one that has been very small. If this information helps she is also shedding, but I never noticed blood when any of my other reptiles shed. I have several theories of my own such as she has been dehydrated due to her substrate being too dry (due to some bad advice from the pet store where I bought her), or perhaps the crickets I feed her have been biting her, though that wouldn't necessarily account for the entire rash on her belly. Another theory is that it might be redleg, because her terrarium was too cold, once again due to the fellow at the pet store saying I did not need an over head light. I currently have her out of her tank in a shoe box with layers of paper towels  on the bottom and her water bowl. She seems to be quite lethargic and out of it, her colour has also been duller recently. Any information on how to treat this or what might be causing it would be greatly appreciated.

Here are the specs for the cage and general information if it helps

-10 or 15 gallon tank
- heated under pad
- coconut fiber for substrate
- bowl of water
- she had no over head light though she does now
- she is fed crickets every saturday, generally 1 dozen

I'm very concerned for her health so any help would be appreciated.

It sounds as if your frog may have Red Leg (bacterial dermatosepticemia).   Red Leg gets its name from the red patches of skin on the amphibian's legs and body. These red dermal abnormalities are actually damaged blood vessels, and small hemorrhages.

Some of the symptoms of red leg also include anorexia, swelling, ulcers,
and sloughing of the skin.   All are dangerous.

Appropriate antibiotic therapy is necessary to try to cure this disease.  Simultaneous antifungal therapy should also be used to try to eliminate a potential secondary opportunitistic fungal infection.
