glands

my dos glands are swollen in her neck, in her groin.  and behind her front legs . she is breathing funny , but still eating just not moving around much.what can i do at home to help her , or do i need to get to a vet soon.

Yes, you do need to take her to the vet.  Severe lymphadenopathy, or swollen lymph nodes throughout the body can be a symptom of a very serious disease such as Lymphoma, a systemic infection and more.
