I am so sorry about your dog!

There are cognitive dysfunction medications available by prescription that may help.  Anipryl is a very common one and is certainly worth a try. Please ask your vet.

"Neutricks" is a nutritional supplement derived from jelly fish that may also help.  It is available online without a prescription.  I have found this to be helpful in a number of cases.
