please help me ! i am realy got panic and need help,and please execuse my poor english
my question is about the rabies.8 days ago i am exposed in a dog's bite,the wound is on my foot.i have injected the vaccine for 3 times,the time is 0,3,7 ,today is the 7th day.but an accident happened yesterday which make me extremely panic and terrified.
yesterday ,on my way home ,i met a dog,it is drinking water in a basin.it was close to me ,during this time ,i do not know why the basin was overturn ,and i felt there was one or two drops of water spilled into my eyes!!! i did not nervous at that time and did not think about anything,because i know i have just injected the vaccine.today,another accident happens! i feel a rapid hurt on my eys .after i check my eyes through the mirror ,i found one eyelash in my eye ,and the white of the eye is hyperaemia.i can see some blood thread on my eyeball!!!  i doubt that the eyelash stab into my eyeball and make the conjunctiva broken!!all that thing make me extremely panic.
i know if i have injected the vaccine,could the antiboy come into the eyeball?i know the antibody can not come into the brain,but i do not know could it come into the eyeball.all could it spread all over the eyeball,including conjunctiva and inside the eyeball?
another things i worry about is that ,i doubt the virus hang in my eyeball,that means the virus come into my eyeball through the wound on my conjunctiva,but it did not meet any nerve and did not meet the antiboy,so it did not infect my body but it did not die too,it just survive in my eyeball.could this situation happen?this thinking make me felt there is a time bomb in my eyes and make me freak!

my question is :
1. if some virus is in my eyes,could the antibody spread all over the eyeball(include the neve ,the blood,and all the tissue in my eye ball) and kill the virus?
2. could the virus hang in my eyeball?that means it did not infect me but did not die,it just survive in my eyeball.could this situation happen?i worry about that if this happen ,when my body lost the antiboy ,the virus infect me .or some accident
make the virus infect me ! if this happen ,how long will the virus die itself in my body?
3.i know the virus infect the brain through the nerve fluid ,is there any nerve fluid in the eysball include the conjunctiva and other tissue?if the virus infect me ,and if the antibody can not come in to eyeball and kill the virus ,how long will the virus come into the brain?
4.what can i do now ?how long time healthy can prove i am not infected?
dear doctor ,i am sorry i bother u about this questions,but i am now very panic,and need help.please help me.please explain clearly ,i do not know how can get this nightmare.
