Hi, I was looking for some help here, since I don't have much time to check in with my Doc much.
I always had ear troubles as a kid, in the middle ear, but it's been years from that. But two years ago, or a year and a half, not sure, I got a terrible cold and since then my ears always had pressure (like when on a plane but it never releases) -if you know what I mean. It seems I cannot regulate the pressure at all, it gets uncomfortable especially when I yawn, or dive deep in the pool. I don't have much trouble on planes though.
I don't know if it's connected, but I got headaches as well, I can wake up from my sleep with one, or get one all of a sudden. They usually start from the top of my head, to my forehead, Not exactly pressure more like tight muscles -I don't know how to explain it.
And for the past couple of months my vision occassionally blurs like black bubbles and I can't see or hear anything, and I feel my head compressing, it stays for a couple of seconds before it disappears. Its similar to when you stand up quickly from a laying position, but it happens when I'm standing. And recently (couple of weeks) My chest aches, like it's being pulled inwards. Then the feeling disappears.
I eat healthy, My caffeine is to the minimum, I drink a lot of water.
Perhaps my sleep isn't that steady but it's ok.( minimum 3 hours a day at worst!) Never seem to reach 12 hours any more :p But I guess that's normal.
I go to the gym regularly. In my last checkup everything was fine -a couple of months back.
I'm 18. I don't think there's any inherited diseases. But I'm not sure exactly.
Can anyone help me?
